Shipping policy

All LiteUp orders are packed and sent from Western Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed and sent out twice a week. You will receive tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply when your order reaches a minimum spend.

Delivery time
We ship with Australia Post. Most orders arrive within three to eight business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Busy periods
Public holidays, Christmas and major sales periods may cause delays. Your tracking link will always provide the most accurate updates.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, please contact us at hello@liteup.com.au so we can follow this up with Australia Post.
