Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, LiteUp products cannot be returned for change of mind. Once reflective bands have been handled or worn, they cannot be resold.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods.

Items approved for return must be unused, unmarked and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
